Junior HR Business Partner

More specifically, as a Junior HR BP, you will be responsible for;

  • Provide advice on policies and procedures
  • Lead / support with ER cases
  • Proactively assist on HR projects and initiatives
  • Ensure the delivery of core HR services
  • Collaborate and work closely with all of the European offices
  • Provide day to day support for first line queries and escalate when appropriate
  • Support with talent hiring initiatives

This role would suit an experienced HR Advisor/Officer looking for their next challenge. You must have experience in a business facing, generalist role, ideally within the financial or professional services.

Experience working in a business that has been through a period of change will be beneficial.

You must also have excellent attention to detail, be able to build relationships across all levels of stakeholder and be driven to succeed and make a change.
