The post of Head of HR Operations and Employee Relations is newly created and offers a fantastic, challenging opportunity to combine generalist HR experience with delivery of strategic and tactical ER in a complex, multi-union environment.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the job has responsibility for all HR advice and delivery across the organisation, together with the full ER agenda. The role offers a great mix of business as usual and change, along with leading a team of c20 HR and ER professionals.
If you are an experienced HR or ER professional who has excellent relationship building skills, is comfortable working with detail and who has successfully worked within a large organisation to deliver HR services to different employee groups, then we would like to hear from you.
You must also be able to demonstrate having led on Employee Relations, with a focus on collective bargaining and managing detailed collective agreements, in a multi-union organisation, where these relationships are paramount to the success of the organisation.
