HR MI & Compensation Analyst - 12 month contract

A medium sized financial services organisation based in London is currently looking for an HR MI & Compensation Analyst to join them on a 12 month FTC basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical compensation or HR MI professional to join a changing organisation and be part of a small team responsible for the firms HR MI, HRIS and Compensation offering. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Provide detailed analysis of data

  • Automating processes and introducing self-service reporting

  • Improve the quality of the data and processes around HR reporting

  • Run reports for ExCo on headcount, turnover, attrition etc.

  • Support with the implementation of the Compensation module within SuccessFactors

  • Play a key part in the year-end compensation process

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience within compensation and HR MI from any sector

  • Experience using HRIS (ideally Cloud based)

  • Knowledge of how to improve HR Analytics within an organisation

  • Strong stakeholder management experience
