HR Administrator

I am working with a great organisation based in North London and they need an experienced HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible. They need someone with great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

A key aspect of this role is to support the administration activity of the employee life cycle and to support the work of the HR team. This role will have a key role in the administration of the HR system (SelectHR) and processing monthly changes through the system for Payroll.

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Keeping the HRIS up to date (SelectHR)

  • Complete the necessary administrative action following changes affecting pay, hours, pensions or job role

  • Manage the HR Inbox on a daily basis

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR queries

  • Ensure that pension providers receive all of the necessary information

  • Provided support to the HR team in drafting letters and reports

  • Attending confidential HR meetings and take notes/ minutes

  • To support the HR team with the recruitment process

  • Ensure all pre-employment and DBS checks are recorded and on the HRIS system

  • Support the HR team during short-listing, interviewing and testing stages

The right candidate will have experience working in a fast paced environment and having worked with a HR System before (ideally Access/ SelectHR) and have worked in the education sector or have a passion for it.
