International Corporation hiring for Talent Acquisition EMEA in Munich or broader Dutch area.


I am currently retained with an excellent opportunity for a very international corporation with its worldwide presence in 80+ countries.

Looking for professionals for the Talent Acquisition function, with responsibilities over the EMEA region.

Office based in Munich or broader Dutch area, salary is c€ 80K.

The right fit for this role will reflect the following


- Work on Job specifications and announcements to

- Lead on field recruiting practices such as face-to-face interviews and candidate's assessments

- Contribute regularly to the company strategy to achieve the right hiring plan

- Maintain a solid network in the local agency market

- Manage public relations and networking, running recruitment events and participating in fairs

- Be active in local agencies, keeping updated with new trends of the market

- Take care of the talents pool, as a main source for business


- 5+ years experience in recruitment (of all kinds)

- Experience in IT

- Fluent English and German

- Strong experience in the use of recruitment software such as LinkedIn and other search, networking, advertising tools

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in fast pace environment

- Great problem solving skills, careful about details and quick learner

- Unique sales capability for recruiting, interviewing, company strategy and confidentiality

- Capability to handle pressure, to make accurate judgements and ability to perform well on the phone

- Possess extensive knowledge about employment law
