Reward Partner

Reward Partner (3 month Interim or ftc) - North London - £50,000 equivalent

Excellent opportunity for a Reward Partner to join this exciting, well known, commercial organisation either Interim or 3 month ftc. Reporting into the Reward Manager, the key purpose is to work on managing Global Mobility delivery in conjunction with the Reward Manager, managing the global annual Salary & Bonus review process and developing policies and managing third party providers. Responsibilities will include:-

- Compensation - partner with the HR BP's
- Benefits - support the Reward team
- Global Mobility - manage International assignments
- Key Stakeholders - build relationships

You will need the following experience:-

- Excellent reward experience in a commercial environment
- Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
- Analytical thinking
- Strongly attentive to detail
