Interim Compensation Specialist - Financial Services - £300 per day - London

Your new role
You will be reporting into the Group Head of Reward, assisting with the roll-out of cyclical reward processes.
You will be expected to deliver complex analytical presentations and reports on various data. In addition, you will be driving the design and implementation of the company bonus modelling; to aid and influence decisions around the 'below the board' remuneration strategy.
You will also support the roll out of the Career Framework initiative; providing market pricing and assisting with streamlining the company's global position grading.
You will be providing adhoc support and advice to the wider reward and HR function, thus building effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders; internal and external.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have advanced skills and experience of bonus modelling, preferably in financial services.
You need to be adept in using Excel and HRIS.
You will be an analytical thinker with a commercial focus who is able to build strong relationships throughout the company.
You must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of reward techniques and principles, including market benchmarking, job sizing/evaluation and compensation modelling.
You should be a proactive individual, able to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively lead projects.
