A brand-new HR Portal Strategy Development Lead position has become available on a 12-month FTC to join a leading international bank.
The role is to support on the delivery and implementation of the HR change and transformation programmes which focuses on innovating HR technology. As part of change, they are looking to implement a new HR portal CRM tool and require somebody to develop the strategy for the portal, articulating core design decisions to the business and to HR, acting as a linchpin between the business needs, HR and programme designers. This person will ensure a high-quality portal is delivered, acting as a consultant to the business and develop the knowledge management of the migration strategy.
The HR Investment Portfolio plan are planning new HR portal that will serve as the primary channel for employees and line managers to self-serve their basic HR queries and raise tickets via our new CRM (case management) Tool. The HR portal will act as a database for all HR knowledge management and as a front door for all employee queries into HR.
Ideally this person will have experience working on a multinational implementation of new systems and a global rollout. The role will report to the Head of HR Transformation who is based in Singapore, therefore a flexible, confident self- starter is critical.
The selected candidate will work closely with the portal support team to implement the portal strategy ensuring successful deployment of the portal for each of the defined deployment phases. This will require working closely with the user experience (UX) team and the country and regional HR SMEs to ensure the portal design and content delivers an excellent employee experience. The role holder will also quality assure portal design decisions and work collaboratively with the technology and service delivery modernisation programme teams to ensure a high quality, easy-to-use HR portal is delivered.
