A new opportunity has arised, a HR Target Operating Model Lead position,12-month FTC for a leading international bank to support on the delivery and implementation of the HR change and transformation programmes which focuses on innovating HR technology.
The role will report to the Head of HR Transformation who is based in Singapore and will lead on the end-to-end delivery of the operating model, analysing people and processes, organisational development, execution and implementation of changes. As a business, they are underpinning their global HR Investment agenda and the investment in innovative HR technology which will enable HR to deliver significant and positive change to the employee experience.
The HR operating model lead will apply experience of designing, implementing, and stabilising a global HR operating model in a multi-geography environment to enable HR functional effectiveness. They will need to work with the Head of HR Transformation and key senior HR stakeholders to identify opportunities to enable the operationalisation of the target operating model aligning the design work to any wider HR technology deployments (HR Cloud, HR CRM technologies e.g. case/ticketing systems, chat & telephony) delivered within the HR transformation and change portfolio.
The chosen candidate will lead design workshops with key functional stakeholders including producing as-is documentation and analysis, capability mapping and further detailed to-be operating model design development e.g. organisation charts, and RACI documentation. They will also work with the respective HR for HR Leads on any role/people impacts and supporting change and communications activities, and deliver an implementation plan which includes phasing and timelines for deployment.
The role requires experience of complex restructures, service delivery, organisational design and experience managing large scale programmes within a global matrix with multiple streams.
