Interim HRD

The HRD will be responsible for Operational HR as well as strategy, transformation and change for over 500 people over multiple sites. You will need to act as a strategic business partner to the Senior Leadership team to help build the culture through a time of growth.

Description

The HRD will work closely with the CEO and have specific responsibility for business change and transformation wihtin the business.

Provide leadership and direction to an established HR team by encouraging innovation and transforamtion.

Lead the day to day HR processes and procedures

Develope and allign the culture across the 3 main sites across the UK.

Profile

The HRD will have extensive HR leadership experience ideally within FS, however this is not essential.

Gone through transformation and change projects before

Worked closely with a CEO and Leadership team.

Worked with multi-site companies and aligning cultures.

Job Offer

up to 80K for the project duration
