About the opportunity

As a member of the business leadership team you will act as a strategic partner to define and deliver the people elements of the business plan. You will provide insights, challenge and expertise to drive decision making and lead on interventions to enhance the effectiveness of your business area

You will be determining the strategic talent management interventions necessary to support the capability requirements of your business. You will be a catalyst for change ensuring the right working environment, culture and leadership is in place to enhance business effectiveness. You will proactively work to identify solutions to business challenges in partnership with all parts of the HR function to ensure maximum value.

About you

Dealing with people is your forte. You will have sufficient breadth and depth of HR technical capability to enable sound judgement and decision making. You will have a passion and track record in organisation development, effectiveness and change management.

You will be able to demonstrate where your coaching and influencing skills have added tangible value. You will have an inherent curiosity and be able to use your critical and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems.

By monitoring external trends and having a strong commercial business understanding, you will act as a positive disruptor, identifying opportunities to create and sustain high performance at the business level.

You will have a good appreciation of yourself and the value you bring, as well as an ability to bring out the best in others. You will be able to operate comfortably across organisation and cultural boundaries with respect and integrity.
