Part time HR Business Partner
An interim HRBP role in Aldershot paying up to £40K pa FTE for 6 months on a part time basis (22.5 hours)

An Industrial organisation in Aldershot. Due to absence, an interim HRBP is required for an initial 6 month period, 3 days a week.
Your new role
Reporting into a remote Senior Business Partner, you will support the delivery of the strategic agenda to the business and develop and deliver the People Plan for the areas you support. This is a full partnering role and would benefit from Unions experience as you will be responsible for managing those relationships. You will lead on site annual reviews relating to performance, compensation and development. You will help to facilitate organisational change and may be expected to lead on TUPE or restructure processes, though this isn't planned during this role.
Working with your Senior BP, you will develop long and shot term workforce plans and forecasts. Employee development will fall into your role, ensuring that the next generation of people managers are well equipped and supported.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience with Unions and a manufacturing environment. You will have operated at business partner level previously.
