Does the opportunity to help shape the workforce for a business in the global defence sector spark your interest? If so we have just the role for you to consider as we are looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the executive talent team.
The role of the Manager (Executive Talent & Research) is to work on the client site, managing and controlling all aspects of executive recruitment for an account supported by the Senior Manager. You will liaise and interface with the hiring managers, senior HR professionals and in some cases board level stakeholders to add value to the streamlined search process. You will support a Principal Specialist, Consultant and Researcher where applicable as well as the Head of Client Services and Client Services Director in the day to day running of the client account, taking full ownership for the Talent part of the solution, hence developing your ability to run an account.
You will already be credible in front of senior talent and have worked in an environment where recruiting in the executive market and managing a fast pace and commercial recruitment team are a part of your repertoire. Your research skills will be excellent, and you will have a flair for finding the best talent and connecting with people. In this role you will regularly get to communicate with extremely interesting and dynamic candidates, so you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
If you have recruitment experience at executive level within the defence, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors this would be an advantage but is not essential. You will be used to working at pace and to measurable targets, so the opportunity could suit someone from an agency background but equally experience Inhouse or RPO would be suitable.
This organisation will provide you with excellent opportunity to develop and progress your career. This role will require you to drive and be flexible around work location. London must be accessible and the abilty to drive to North East Hampshire regularly. That said there is also the opportunity to work from home regularly.
