Our not-for-profit client is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager for a 6 month FTC in Redhill. You will be working as part of the recruitment team to assist with approx. 80 recruitment processes within the next 4 months.
Your new role
As a recruitment manager you will oversee all aspects of the recruitment process and take full responsibility for the recruitment team and areas of performance delivery. You will be providing consultative advice around candidate attraction and retention, innovate and create best working practice within current framework, encouragement improvements and efficiency where required.
The main responsibilities of the role will be to recruitment lead on all social media campaigns across multiple platforms. Liaise with the senior HR Business Partner to understand and agree employee and bank staff recruitment needs, focus om ongoing candidate retention and action plans, manage, support and take candidates through the recruitment process form initial contact to start date, ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to and met along with general adhoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience of working in recruitment with either an in-house or agency background, as well as sound knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment and knowledge of the recruitment cycle.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £40,000-£50,000 along with 20 days' leave rising to 25 days, pension scheme, childcare vouchers, recommend a friend scheme, staff forum and employee of the month.
