Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a leading financial services organisation based in The City of London with their search for a Benefits and Pensions Analyst.
You will be supporting the Pensions and Benefits Manager across the EMEA region and will have a number of responsibilities including:
Working closely with vendors and conducting reviews and benefit renewals
Overseeing all of the organisations non cash benefits
Ensuring all administration and documentation comply with legislative and regulatory requirements
Communicating all benefits and pensions information to the wider business
You will have experience working within benefits, have excellent communication skills and be competent using Excel.
