Reward and Benefits Advisor - 12 month FTC - progressive Law Firm - Central London


Your new company
I am working with a dynamic and forward thinking Law Firm, who are currently recruiting for a Reward and Benefits Advisor to join their HR team on a 12 month FTC. Your new role
You will work in a friendly, down to earth HR team, proactively managing the UK benefits policies and guide and support the business to ensure the benefits remain competitive and compliant. You will recommend benefits, maintaining good relationships with suppliers and providers, and work closely with the internal communications team to develop a strategy to communicate benefits to employees. You will align the benefits framework with the company well-being strategy to enhance employee engagement.
You will also support on reward projects, such as salary benchmarking and salary and bonus reviews.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a solid understanding and demonstrable experience of working with UK benefits. You will ideally have some exposure to compensation or an interest to develop. Ideally you will be immediately available or on a max 2 weeks notice.
