Our client seeks a HR Shared Services Manager to lead a transactional HR team to manage the transactional employee life-cycle.

As the HR Shared Service Manager, you will manage a team and have responsibility of the transactional element of the employee life-cycle.
You will have ownership of employee life-cycle administration, HR systems, HR management information, compensation and benefits reporting during the annual pay review process.
As the HR Shared Service Manager, you will focus on evaluating and developing commercial improvements to the shared service provision to exceed SLA's and provide excellent customer service to the business. This client is also implementing a new HR and payroll system, so you will be a key stakeholder and project lead as a part of that implementation.
You will also have the responsibility to manage, develop and mentor a small team.
The successful HR Shared Service Manager will have a proven background of managing and developing a team within a shared service function. You will also have an adept skill-set of evaluating and improving processes and systems relating to the transactional elements of the employee life-cycle. You will also have a proven track record of assisting or managing a HRIS system implementation.
The chosen candidate will also have an ability to communicate and manage a variety of stakeholders as well as have a pragmatic and "roll your sleeves up" approach.
This role is paying £40,000 to £45,000 per annum (dependant on relevant experience), inclusive of a 10% bonus and benefits.
