A leading UK based law firm are looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join their team. As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will build relationships with practice areas and infrastructure whilst providing a comprehensive and proactive advisory service on all L&D activities. As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and collaborating with the L&D Manager to conduct learning needs analysis and providing best practice and advice to staff

  • Assisting the L&D Manager in improving evaluation activities

  • Assisting the L&D Manager to design and develop quality learning content, materials and resources, generally with third party suppliers

  • Project managing a range of small to medium range projects e.g. reviewing current programmes

  • Researching and recommending innovative new approaches and continuous improvements to learning events and implementing them effectively

  • Gaining a good understanding of the new LMS and having the ability to pull reports and manipulate MI to present back when needed

  • Establishing and maintaining close working relationships externally and internally

  • Assisting in developing, managing and monitoring the firm's career development programmes including assisting with assessment, development centres and reporting on candidates

As the Learning & Development Advisor, you will possess:

  • Strong workload management skills

  • Experience within Professional Services/Legal Environment

  • Good analytical skills
