Your new role
Working as part of a wider group function, you will be the sole HR support for this division. As such you will provide, information, advice and guidance across the full employee life-cycle. An interesting and diverse role, you will be supporting line managers with disciplinary, performance management and other ER issues. Alongside this you will be providing some administration support such as pre-employment checks, changes to T&C and payroll input.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone who is happy to embrace the full HR role - from administration and coordination through to managing complex investigations - and everything in between ! We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is happy to work on their own initiative and happy to juggle multiple priorities.
