Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a leading financial services organisation who are based in The City of London with their search for a Reward Assistant.
You will be supporting the Reward Manager across the EMEA region and will have a number of responsibilities including:
Providing reward reporting and Management Information
Supporting with year and the annual compensation cycle
Running data modelling for fixed and variable pay allocation
Working closely with HRBP's and other stakeholders to advise on reward matters
You will have experience working within reward and must have strong Excel skills. You must also be comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
