My client is a gloabl brand currently going through a large restructure who urgently require a Recruitment Project Lead to join the team based in Staines.
This will essentially be a greenfield site for you to build a new resourcing function, set up processes, implement systems and deliver on a low volume roles.

Owning the Talent Acquisition processes - setting high standards for speed, quality and process - keeping employer brand and candidate experience at the top of the agenda.
Use knowledge, market insights, numbers and analysis to refine the talent acquisition process across the whole company.
Drive onsite and offsite candidate events to build employer brand strategy, working closely with stakeholders.
Partnering with Executive Team and Leadership team regarding growth and hiring, supporting on all talent acquisition needs and strategy.
Analysing recruitment metrics, constantly questioning how to improve processes to find the best people.
Regular reporting for Leadership teams
Investigate sourcing strategies and build a business case for implementation
Owning annual recruitment budget and spend
Assessing need for PSL, MSP and ATS
Hiring for Executive, Leadership, People & Creative teams.
