Your new role
You will work closely with the business and recruitment team to ensure resource needs are met and programmes are aligned to business and HR strategy. This role will have a good mix of 'hands on' recruitment work, as well as leading on service improvement and implementing process change to improve efficiencies and service. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a small team of advisers.


What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with an in depth knowledge and experience in recruitment / resourcing, with knowledge of both internal and external practices. You will also have successfully led multiple projects and managed change in a complex organisation and worked collaboratively with other group functions and business areas to resolve complex issues.
