HR Payroll & Benefits Consultant

You'll be working for a Non For Profit Organisation based in Newbury.

Your new role will involve data input, monthly submissions through the payroll system, working with SIMS and Carval. You will support the HR team, processing online time sheets, all new arters and looking at the holiday and teacher pension scheme. Manage the HR database and regularly audit to ensure all electronic and hard copy data is accurate. Act as the first point of contact for payroll and benefit related audits. Escalate areas raised as concerns to a more senior member of HR and make recommendations to continually improve processes and resolve any issues identified.

You will be very customer focused, good attention to detail and have experienced working with HR systems. You need to be well organised and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines. To have strong Excel and computer skills, with the ability to interrogate and analyse electronic data systems.
