Senior Reward Manager
LMA is delighted to be working with a Global Professional services organisation to manage the recruitment of a Senior Reward Manager.
The Senior Reward Manager will report into the Head of Reward and will be responsible for project managing the pay review and delivering a high quality service to the business, ensuring robust policies are in place and data integrity is maintained.
The Senior Reward Manager will also take the lead on various projects and initiatives , one in particular will be to review the companies recognition offering and look at implementing a new product to drive engagement and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition.This may have regional or global scope.
Other responsibilities include ensuring that roles are benchmarked effectively using the chosen data provider and any Compensation data trends are shared with key stakeholders for future reference.
This role is all about providing an excellent service to the business and being able to spot opportunities to improve process or deliver effective solutions to support business goals. A very personable and interactive business partnering style will work very well as will a robust and credible understanding of total reward principles across the EMEA region.
