I am working with a leading global banking client in recruiting for a Benefits HR systems role. This role is a 6 month contract and will be leading the transition to a New Flexible Benefits Management system as part of the broader HRIS transformation programme. You will bring technical knowledge across HR and Benefits systems to the workstream and will be tasked with leading the process improvements, vendor selection process and RFP and manage the relationships, lead the integration development and configuration on the new benefits system and input the requirements, testing and data migration to Workday.
The successful candidate will have a strong benefits systems background and will have proven experience implementing flexible benefits systems and managing providers. Workday experience would also be highly regarded. For more information please apply accordingly.
