My client, a leading socially purposed business now has a fantastic opportunity for an Employee Engagement Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

As Employee Engagement Manager you will help develop a highly engaged workforce through the development and deployment of the organisation's engagement strategy and support its future success through becoming a top 20 Sunday Times Best Company and an employer of choice.

Responding to feedback on the factors that make this organisation a great place to work, you'll lead the application and submission process for annual external surveys, be as a subject matter expert on the survey results, generate clear reports of data and information for leaders across the business and support the creation of a comprehensive and sustainable corporate engagement strategy.

You'll plan and conduct local employee focus groups across the business, creating templates, tools and resources to help directors enhance their engagement plans throughout the year. You'll also support the design, development and execution of the wellbeing programme, work in partnership with HR and internal communications colleagues to improve employer brand and embed the employee recognition strategy and much more!

To be considered you will require:

  • Demonstrable experience of leading employee engagement work in other organisations, and an understanding of engagement measurement methodologies (Best Companies preferred but not essential)

  • Strong experience of connecting effectively with employees of all levels up to CEO, and of working in partnership with leaders to drive results

  • Excellent writing and editing skills including proven business report writing skills

  • A strong understanding of culture and the importance of great people being at the heart of great organisations
