Payroll Assistant

Payroll Assistant- £35,000- London City

Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading marketing client who currently have a need to bring in a Payroll Assistant.

Reporting into the Payroll Manager, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing efficient and effective administrative support across the payroll function

  • Enter all information into the central system for processing (ADP Freedom)

  • Administer the Company benefits

  • P11D's, P60s, RTI

  • Monthly/Yearly Payroll reconciliations. Including audit preparation and liaising with internal auditors.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years minimum payroll experience

  • Experience with ADP Freedom ( preferred)

  • Good level of Excel

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills
