Your role as a recruiter is to attract the highest quality of candidates and identify the right people for the relevant requirements needed for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the recruitment for junior and mid-level client handler roles based in London, as well as offering wider support to Europe & IMEA region. Furthermore, it is a significant responsibility that you streamline the recruitment process and candidate management is to the highest standards.
Your role will also require you to build and develop significant rapport with the client facing teams to allow concerted judgement on what recruitment strategies to implement; communicating the firm's culture is pinnacle when attracting talent. Proven experience of around 3-5 years within a Professional Services environment would be ideal to obtain this role. Additionally, having the ability to demonstrate that you have the capacity to build robust relationships with a strong client-minded attitude.
