6 month FTC
My client are a British based betting and gambling company based in East London. They are looking for a recruiter to join their retail arm for on an initial 6 month contract. This is to assist with a period of large growth for the business. This role will best suit someone who wants to develop their recruitment experience in-house and are eager to take ownership of their own recruitment projects.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
High volume recruitment at different levels through to middle-management
Managing and update the ATS
Build relationships with internal stakeholders
Writing and posting job adverts on relevant job boards
Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone calls
Coordinating assessment centres, preparing packs, and attending where necessary
Managing candidates through offer process
Previous entry-level recruitment experience; agency, RPO, or in-house
Great attention to detail
Ability to push back - confidence with stakeholders
Driven and determined personality
Degree or equivalent educated
As this is a short term contract, you must be available immediately or on short notice.
