L&D Advisor - 12 Month FTC

Our client, a global entertainment organisation are looking for a Learning and Development Advisor on a 12 month FTC.

The Learning and Development Advisor will work closely with the team to design, deliver and evaluate learning solutions. This will cover across all levels within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will look at innovative ways of learning techniques and must have exceptional stakeholder relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in various learning and development tools including digital and e-learning.
  • Ability to provide learning solutions tailored to stakeholders learning requirements and business objectives.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to keep up the pace and complexity of this working environment.
  • A degree in HR or relevant business disciplines.
