A global Financial Services organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Head of Reward Governance to join the team on a permanent basis following an internal promotion.
Reporting into the Head of Executive Compensation & Reward Governance, the Reward Governance Head will be responsible for the line management of three London based staff, as well as oversight of an offshore team. Main responsibilities will include:
Providing expertise on reward governance and regulatory reward matters and overseeing the design and execution of relevant remuneration policies/processes
Oversight and coordination of reward related committees - RemCo, Group Reward Plan Committee & the RAC
Review and provide advice on Rem papers
Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Operational Risk & Share teams
Oversee a regular governance review and maintenance of the governance framework
Lead contact for the PRA & FCA on remuneration related matters
Lead on interpretation and analysis of reward related regulations that impacts the global group
Previous experience in a regulated Financial Services organisation
Sound knowledge of remuneration regulations effecting Financial Services
Exposure to cash compensation matters would be preferred as this role has the opportunity to progress into a broader reward position later down the line
Comfortable making key decisions and managing a small team
Excellent stakeholder management skills
