As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you'll be part of a hardworking and outgoing team, responsible for planning and executing a 360 Recruitment role, focusing initially on a large IT Recruitment project and supporting the overall recruitment strategy at an Operational level.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the Recruitment process across a multisite business, overseeing the complete Recruitment cycle from set-up and budget, through to solution design and branding ensuring high quality standards across the hiring process.

Responsibilities include;

  • Collaborating closely with the HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand resourcing needs in order to meet business objectives

  • Effectively balance your judgement to manage recruitment costs and any risks associated with recruitment

  • Support and facilitate 360 recruitment process, in line with a direct sourcing model (CV sifting, candidate screening, offer processing)

  • Where applicable, responsible for driving local talent acquisition initiatives such as Assessment Centres, Open Days, Interview scheduling and Career Fairs

  • Liaison with advertising agency / screening partner to ensure appropriate route to markets and brand adherence

  • Leveraging social media and recruitment tools to build strong and credible networks

  • Act as the first point of contact for agencies and external suppliers

  • Involvement with team and department wide projects, being the resourcing point of contact and championing new processes and procedures where necessary

Capability, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Previous recruitment experience (In-house/ Agency)

  • Track record of delivering end to end, high volume recruitment (ideally within IT/ Tech)

  • Proven experience and success of hiring through the use of a range of direct sourcing channels, including social media, networking and candidate referrals

  • Ability to establish credibility with senior managers and manage expectations at all levels

  • Strong delivery track record

  • Excellent communication skills - phone, face to face and written

  • Competent user of Microsoft applications such as Word/Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and juggle different demands from various areas of the business

  • Positive and proactive approach

  • Confident, dynamic and enthusiastic by nature
