Job Description

This role is a standalone HR Advisor role, reporting into the Financial Director based in London and HR senior management in Switzerland, HQ. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Review and implement company HR policies, procedures and practices
  • Advise managers on all ER issues and cases, making sure they are in accordance with policy and legislation and legally compliant
  • Advise managers on recruitment strategies, the entire employee lifecycle including all administration, the on boarding and off boarding process, and employee performance management, payroll, benefits, health and safety and termination
  • Regularly audit to ensure the business is compliant with data protection requirements and legislations
  • Stay fully updated on employment law and legislations to ensure the company is compliant with new developments in HR practices, policies and procedures
  • Provide HR support for the Tunbridge Wells, London Head Office and boutique sites
  • Actively participate in the implementation of the new HR ERP and ensure local support to the management teams.
  • Assist employees and managers on general HR matters
  • Manage and run all Payroll Processing including resolving payroll queries, submitting required information to HMRC, implementing payroll processes and procedures, reporting monthly to finance and management team, overseeing and regularly updating the employee pension scheme and carrying out season ticket loan administration.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience running the entire Payroll Processing is essential
  • Experience using the ADP payroll system is beneficial
  • You will be very commercially minded, forward thinking and able to influence senior management
  • You will be detailed oriented, organised and self-driven
  • You will be qualified to degree level and CIPD qualified
  • You will have previous experience in a HR generalist role
  • You will ideally have experience implementing or heavily supporting in the set up of a Group HR structure
  • You will have experience working in a standalone HR Advisor role or above
  • You will have experience implementing new HR systems
  • You will have experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on experience
