I am partnering with a well known global brand to recruit for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the Group HR Function. Working closely with the business the purpose of this role is to build the organisational capability required as the Group business modernises and becomes more digital. As a member of the HR Leadership team, this role will contribute to the leadership of HR across the Group, exemplifying excellent HR service delivery facilitation from the shared HR services support, and giving leadership to initiatives driving change across HR to ensure it is a future-fit function.
Understand the business objectives of each of the Corporate Functions Exco members and contribute to the development of the business plan of each function as an active member of the management team.
Work closely with key customers (Corporate Functions Exco members / their teams) to understand the strategic and tactical people resourcing requirements, proposing creative ideas and developing a clear/dynamic plan for each.
Communicate plans clearly to other HR colleagues (HR specialist roles /HR services) to proactively secure support, talent and action.
Use dynamic resourcing plans to regularly review structures and content of roles, ensuring that each organisation is equipped to deliver against business objectives, including timely filling of roles to the right calibre.
Work closely with colleagues and key customers to identify and develop talent, ensure cross-boundary talent mobility and actively manage the implementation of succession plans.
Develop leadership and managerial competence across all of the client group including first level line leaders.
Work with functional specialist HR leads (Head of Talent & Organisational Effectiveness, Head of Reward and Head of HR Operations) to help define and refine appropriate people systems, whilst driving value creation through the use of people systems by the business.
Collaborate in the delivery of operational excellence across the HR function through the HR Business Partner / customer interface to influence the design and regular review of service delivery levels.
Ensure that annual performance management process for client group reflects business objectives and that these objectives cascade appropriately throughout the organisation, ensuring that line leaders at all levels have the coaching skills to manage performance effectively.
Manage effective and targeted reward systems within client group organisations and fully understands market value of roles vs contribution.
Foster a culture of HR technology adoption within client group organisations to ensure people data accuracy and the promotion of analytics to drive a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
Candidates will have experience in working within a large innovative organisation preferably in the consumer or technology markets. You will have managed complex change organisational design and development projects working in collaboration with Senior Leadership team and stakeholder groups.
