An Interim HR Manager job in Andover paying up to £52,000 pa leading a change process for 6 months,
Your new company
A manufacturing organisation in the Andover area. Due to a local change project, an HR Manager is required for a period of 6 months.
Your new role
You will report into the UK HR Director and lead a small team. You will be responsible for day to day on site HR as well as key change projects during your role. Key focuses include: Policy and process change, performance management, employee relations, benefits harmonisation and consultation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing ongoing performance challenges within the organisation, with a focus on instilling positive long term change throughout the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience leading consultations and harmonising contracts. You must be a highly resilient and energetic person that enjoys the challenge of implementing high impact change.
