Interim Payroll Manager

Interim Payroll Manager - London - £350 - £450 per day

Annapurna HR have been exclusively engaged by a Fintech organisation who are seeking an Interim Payroll Manager. The organisation are experiencing hyper-growth and looking for this candidate to come and manage their Payroll Operations, initially on a contract basis, with a view to extension or permanent.

You will lead the provision of Payroll Services to the organisation, and manage the continual increase in volume payroll as they look to increase headcount by 100% within the next 12 Months. You will also ensure that Payroll processes are streamlined and made more efficient to ensure accuracy and timely payments, whilst ensuring processes are compliant.

Key skills required:

  • Experience managing full Payroll Operations
  • Workday experience
  • Ability to handle fast moving data & continually increasing payroll volume
