A global Financial Services organisation with Head Quarters in New York are looking to hire an Early Careers Recruiter. In this role you will be fundamental in the design and execution of the Early Careers attraction and selection strategy. You will facilitate the local conceptualisation, development, and execution of intern and graduate recruitment strategies with an evolving focus on the apprenticeship market. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the strategy is executed efficiently, with a focus on a positive candidate and business experience and a belief in continuous improvement!
Reporting into the Early Careers Recruitment Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with UK business leaders and TA Leadership to define and deliver early careers sourcing and hiring strategy.
Ensuring current and future business hiring needs are met in a timely, effective and cost-efficient professional manner.
Building strong, consultative relationships with your internal customer base you will communicate, influence, educate and champion the Talent Acquisition Early Careers model to senior management and business partners.
Developing targeted sourcing & selection strategies, supported with data analysis and metrics, based on the needs of individual businesses
To be successful in this role you will need:
A proven background in partnering with lines of business to develop and implement high volume early careers hiring
Experience in the creation and deployment of a Graduate Recruitment and/or Early Careers Strategy and a strategic understanding of the UK Graduate recruitment planning and candidate lifecycles
Demonstrated ability to influence leaders on the 'value proposition' for Early Careers hiring
Knowledge in all Early Careers full lifecycle recruitment components
Strong knowledge of social media, search techniques and industry trends
