We have an urgent requirement for an experienced recruitment administrator to join an in-house recruitment team for a period of 6 months. You will act as admin support for the recruiters and be responsible for all administration in the recruitment department.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Candidate management e.g. Screening applications and co-ordinating interviews
  • Administrating offer letters and candidate starter packs
  • Ensuring the ATS is managed effectively
  • Responding to and managing general requirement queries

You must have previous experience in a recruitment administration position and be confident using ATS systems. The ideal candidate will be confident at managing their own workload and have excellent attention to detail.
