Your new company
Our financial services client is currently recruiting for a Learning and Development trainer for a 12 month FTC in Brighton. They are looking for a Learning and Development professional who, with the learning and development team, will design, delivery and evaluate learning solutions to achieve requirements.
Your new role
As a Learning and Development manager you will work with the business managers to evaluate the impact of training events and services which align with our corporate priorities, you will be working with key internal and external stakeholders to identify, design and manage positive, cost-effective solutions and delivery. Work with the OD team, managers and team leaders to identify training needs which provide value for money solutions in accordance with the people strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have previous experience of working in learning and development environment including design, delivery and evaluation of varied learning activities. You must also have experience of training colleagues at different levels recognising differing needs and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of pensions or financial service desirable.
