Our client is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner to join their team in the East Midlands. The role will be predominantly based between Nottingham and Derby/ The role is an excellent opportunity for a business partner to cover the East Midlands and North East regions.

The successful HR Business Partner will have prior experience working in a regional capacity or across multisite businesses. You will need to demonstrate strong management ability as well as drive performance and engagement across your business areas.

  • Embed a high performance culture across the business

  • Excellent career history across generalist roles with proven experience in Employee Relations

  • Responsible for all operational delivery of the HR activities inclusing proactive day to day employee related matters

  • Work closely with the leadership team and provide leadership coaching on all HR matters

  • Build effective working relationships at all levels of the business

  • Implement and drive cultural change across the business

As a HR Business Partner strong communication and influencing ability is key for this role as you will lead on complex issues and be expected to work commercially and make strong and timely decisions across your region.
