The business is looking to attract an experienced HR professional with a business partnering background , this individual will join them in partnering key stakeholders to manage and deliver an effective change programme over the coming months.

The position will manage the day to day operations within Human Resources, and the role will allow you to work autonomously and take a creative and proactive approach to problem solving. The role will look after three main functions and involve a re-structure of a new sister company taking place in a separate location. You will work with key stakeholders and their teams, and you will take a lead in all people related activities from identifying recruitment requirements to engagement, organisational design, change management, and supporting performance management.
The successful candidate will have broad Human Resources Management experience, from a HR operations, and strategy environment. You should be CIPD qualified and have an up to date understanding of employment law.
This individual will work on a daily rate between £190-220 depending on experience, with the opportunity to then go permanent in the new year.
