Interim HR Manager

Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering a growing UK wide business, who are a leader in their field and a recognised 'Britain's Top Employer' within their specialism. This is an exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Manager to join this company who promote internal development, and have ambitious plan for growth.

The HR Manager will join a busy and inclusive HR team covering a number of offices across the UK, which gives you the opportunity for occasional travel to their other sites. This is a 12 month contract role, offering approx £40-45k DOE.

As the HR Manager will work closely with the Head of HR and board members to support the firm to achieve its strategy and business plans,
·Manage and implement strategic projects and People plans
·Support leaders across the business on organisational structure and design
·Assist in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment
·Coach and mentor junior team members
·Policy development



The candidate:
* Will be immediately available
* Strong employment law knowledge and up to date with current legislation
* A background within professionals services, legal or financial services.
Will have strong leadership and coaching skills
* CIPD Qualified
* Looking for a fast paced environment and an opportunity to work within a culture
