8 week interim
£18-£20 per hour
A global pharmaceutical business are looking for a HR advisor to join them on an interim basis for 8 weeks. This is a really great opportunity to gain exposure in a large multinational organisation supporting a headcount of around 700 people.
The purpose of the role will be to deliver high quality, customer centric and consistent advise to all employees and managers. You will manage the whole employee life-cycle on an administrative and advisory level.
Duties will include:
First point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries, issues, and questions; escalating as appropriate
Ensure that all employee data is entered into the HR system
Generating required reports and tracking of HR activities on a monthly basis
Provide advice, support and continuous improvement
Administering HR activies associated with the whole employee lifecycle
Any other adhoc HR duties may also be included
Previous shared service experience is desirable
Must have worked with an HR system previously - knowledge of SAP is desirable
Industry experience would be great, but not a necessity
Ability to work with stakeholders and employees at all levels
Good written and spoken communication skills
Must have great attention to detail
As this is a short term interim role, you must be immediately available.
