Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global professional services firm and are supporting them with their search to find a Benefits and Wellbeing Assistant Manager. The role is based in Watford.
As the Benefits and Wellbeing Assistant Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Developing the companies benefits and wellbeing offerings
Working closely with third party suppliers to negotiate company benefits
Acting as the point of contact for any benefits queries
Designing and implementing new benefits and wellbeing services
We are looking for someone who has a background working within benefits and has experience dealing with third party suppliers.
