Oakleaf Partnership are representing a leading technology firm in central London who are currently looking for an HR Analyst to join their growing team.
This role will be supporting HR, compensation and benefits from an analytical perspective. You will be taking ownership of reporting, including ad hoc MI reports and compensation and benefits analytics. You will be expected to provide analysis around all these areas and offer suggestions about ways to improve processes. Due to the high profile nature of this hire, you will need to be confident facing off to senior stakeholders.
You will need to have advanced Excel knowledge, ability to work with the business to understand what information is required, interpret accurately and report within tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to understand the figures they are handling and communicate accordingly.
