Up to £38,000 plus benefits

My client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor who can support both the HRBP's and Head of HR to support their business leaders and offer commercial HR advice throughout the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, attending and influencing outcomes within disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence situations
  • Training and coaching managers
  • Support business wide HR policies
  • Identifying talent needs
  • Take a lead role during redundancy and TUPE process

Successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR Advisor role and will be studying or completed CIPD qualification
