Your new role
As a key point of contact across the organisation, you will build relationships with managers and staff in order to support the beginning to end recruitment cycle alongside supporting with general HR queries. Duties could include; managing the Recruitment Inbox, supporting candidates with applications, organising interviews and preparing interview packs, carrying out right to work checks and producing contracts.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a busy and varied role so you must be highly organised and excellent with prioritising tasks. You will be a strong communicator with the aptitude for building relationships with managers and delivering exceptional customer service. Ideally you will have experience working in recruitment or HR, within the Education or public sector.
