This is a newly created role to formulate and develop the reward strategy for this organisation. It is an excellent opportunity to work alongside the Head of Reward to bring new ideas to the table.
The client is a growing manufacturing business based just south of Sheffield however due to acquisition, it has a number of sites across the UK.
As the Reward Specialist you will assist in the creation of a reward strategy for the group and will initially need to perform job evaluation, bench-marking, standardisation and framework creation.
The successful Reward Specialist will have:
- worked in a similar reward position previously - ESSENTIAL
- strong written and verbal communication skills - ESSENTIAL
- trained in an evaluation tool such as Hay - DESIRABLE
This is a permanent opportunity for a Reward Specialist paying up to £45k, based just south of Sheffield
