Globally they have 2,900+ employees with year-on-year order growth of over 50%. Due to this they are looking for a Talent Partner in their volume hiring space to own and manage multiple stakeholders and various vacancies.
About the role:
Demonstrating commercial Focus - including management of spend, identification of most cost-effective resourcing strategy for positions and working collaboratively for accurate forecasting of future recruitment needs for our volume and non-volume population;
Direct sourcing through ATS, LinkedIn & Job Boards;
Generation, building and management of Talent Pools;
Stakeholder management including providing consultative recruitment advice to hiring managers on attraction, market conditions and time lines for the recruitment process as well as the provision of regular market information to People Partners;
Providing a strategic partnership with the business areas and People Partners - being highly visible and demonstrating a good understanding of the business areas and pro-actively providing alternative solutions to add value;
Management and updating of specialist recruitment systems, producing MI and Reports & interpretation of recruitment metrics and dashboards;
Driving Social Media platforms to source a different market of candidates for a variety of roles;
Management of end to end recruitment of roles.
You will have Volume recruitment experience;
Be open to Travel to Borehamwood at least two days a week;
Have Resource Planning/ third party supplier management experience;
Ability to manage a high number of roles;
Excellent Stakeholder management.
