Permanent HR Manager job available in Manchester paying up to £50k

You will be joining an established organisation with a headcount of approximately 1000 heads over a couple of offices in the UK.
Your new role
As the HR Manager you will be required to take ownership of HR contracts, HR systems, MI, Reward, and Compensation. Reporting into the HR Director this role will manage a team of HR colleagues to deliver the above responsibilities. A key part of this role will be the implementation of a new HR and Payroll system and the development of new HR MI and management of complex HR paperwork to support a diverse and growing workforce. This role will work in partnership with the HR team to deliver the required service to a growing business of c 1000 colleagues. This is a hands-on role and the successful candidate will thrive in a busy fast paced environment, working hand in hand with the team to deliver results in a pragmatic way.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have experience of working and leading a HR Shared service centre
Must have experience of HR systems and ideally system improvement or implementation including payroll
Must have experience of managing people within a Shared Services environment
Excellent experience in MI and HR systems analytics
